Working alongside Natasha and Maya, Rae provides Communications and Process Support for the team. With a degree in political science and a background in public policy, Rae brings a sharp analytical lens to the project as well as a natural perceptiveness about social and political dynamics. Rae is inspired by the ability of groups that hold diverse values to work together to build shared understanding and to co-create solutions. 

 

With a background in circus arts, Rae’s approach to workshop design and facilitation is guided by her passion for bringing creativity and play into collective processes. Rae believes in the power of challenging conversations and listening to learn. She leads with full-body listening skills and a commitment to creating inclusive and empowering spaces. Rae is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the Koksilah Planning Process and to learn from local community members and leaders.
